Best Seats
by Goal
Matched to how your group actually watches the game.
Upper 200s Corner / Baseline
In basketball, the upper bowl is still inside the action. Corner seats give you a full-court view and strong replay angles — the right pick for budget-conscious groups.
Lower 100s Sideline
The classic NBA seat. Elevated enough for full-court context, close enough to feel every transition. Midcourt rows 10–20 are the sweet spot.
Club Level or Courtside
Club gives you lounge access and comfort. Courtside is on-court proximity — as close to professional basketball as you can get. Request-based.

Suites &
Premium Areas
For playoff games and marquee events, suite access is often very limited — typically held by corporate season holders. Contact us early for availability windows.
For most NBA games, premium club seating delivers a top-tier experience at more attainable pricing than private suites.
Tip: Club seating is more attainable than private suites for most NBA games and delivers a premium experience with dedicated lounge access and F&B service.

Best Areas
for Visitors
The arena is 3 miles from Downtown — here's where we typically place guests.
Downtown &
River Walk
San Antonio's signature area. Strong hotel inventory, iconic dining, and the River Walk experience. Our default placement for most guests — a short rideshare to the arena.
Pearl District
Redeveloped historic brewery north of Downtown with some of the city's best restaurants. A slightly shorter ride to the arena with a more local, curated atmosphere.
Alamo Heights &
Broadway Corridor
Quieter and more residential. Good restaurants, boutique accommodations, and easy access to both the arena and Downtown. Popular with repeat visitors.
Common
Questions
First-time visitor essentials.
Yes — it's a fully enclosed, climate-controlled arena. Comfortable year-round, even during San Antonio's brutal summers. The outdoor approach from parking is still exposed, so plan accordingly.
The Lower 100s Sideline (rows 10–20 midcourt) is the sweet spot for most visitors — excellent sightlines and close to the floor energy. For budget-conscious groups, the Upper 200s are still very watchable in a basketball arena this size.
Not from most hotel areas. The arena is roughly 3 miles east of the River Walk and Downtown. A 10–15 minute rideshare or private car is the standard approach. We coordinate transport as part of our packages.
Plan for 45–60 minutes before tip-off. Add more time for playoff games or high-demand events where security lines and parking fill significantly faster.
It can be slow at the final buzzer. Walking to a pickup point 5 minutes outside the main perimeter cuts wait times significantly. Pre-arranged private transport is the cleanest option for groups.

Absolutely. San Antonio is about 80 miles from Austin, making multi-city Texas itineraries very practical. We regularly combine Spurs games with Austin events, Dallas trips, or Houston packages depending on your schedule.
